Before joining Number Nerds, Mya gained operational experience in the finance and real estate industries, with a focus on process improvement, workflow coordination, and client service. She brings a practical, collaborative approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and creating structure across the firm’s day-to-day activities. Mya earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Santa Cruz. She is recognized for her attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to bring clarity and organization to a fast-moving environment.

Master of Finance degree from the UC San Diego Rady School of Management and is both a CFA and CPA candidate. He has over eight years of experience spanning corporate finance, strategic finance, investments, and business analysis, with additional expertise in public accounting, taxation, and CFO advisory services. Amir has supported clients across multiple industries and markets, and his work includes financial accounting, taxation, FP&A, financial modeling, valuation, capital planning, and strategic reporting that informs long-term business decisions and supports corporate growth. Amir is recognized for combining technical rigor with a collaborative, forward-looking approach that enables executives and business leaders to make data-driven, strategic decisions.
Arman Roodsaz

Arman is a Tax Associate at Number Nerds, where he contributes to tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals and closely held businesses. Before joining Number Nerds, Arman gained experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting, and financial modeling. As a former business owner, he also brings firsthand perspective on the financial, operational, and strategic decisions entrepreneurs face. Arman earned a B.A. in Economics from UC San Diego, with a minor in Accounting. He also holds associate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, both with departmental honors. His practical business perspective, attention to detail, and commitment to responsive service strengthen the support he provides to clients and the Number Nerds team.
